Negative Reviews
negative:
Wireless internet connectivity speeds are quite slow.
A number of guests were disappointed by the slow Wi-Fi reception. Though free and available throughout the premises, the speeds are only suitable for light web browsing and guests who want to stream videos or handle large files will find it extremely difficult to do so.
negative:
Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.
A few guests were disappointed to find that their rooms had nowhere for them to prepare a cup of tea or coffee. Those who felt this was an issue were of the opinion that such facilities should be a basic component especially in five-star establishments.
negative:
Some guestrooms could get quite noisy at times.
A few guests complained about the high noise levels they experienced especially at night. The rooms are not properly soundproofed and noise carried easily from the corridors and from one room to another. The air conditioning units were also quite noisy and kept a few guests up at night.
