For a place to stay that’s close to points of interest, and metro stations, many visitors enjoyed this hotel.
positive:
Plentiful Room Sizes.
In addition to being clean, the majority of visitors remarked that the rooms are decent size, particularly the bathrooms. They also mentioned that the hotel has an old world feel while still offering conveniences such as swimming pools, workout room and sauna.
positive:
Outstanding Customer Service.
Guests commented that they felt appreciated by the staff, which is very polite and welcoming. Everyone there seems to be friendly and helpful when dealing with visitors. Whether it's the front desk, concierge or restaurant employees, many guests enjoyed their interactions.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Possibility of Noise Issues.
Some guests claim that, since this is an older building, the walls can be rather thin. That means chances are you’ll hear everything that's going on in your neighbour's room. As of this review, in Summer 2015, there's also road construction going on outside the hotel, which can make things a bit noisy.
negative:
Things May Be Heating Up.
Some visitors have claimed the rooms get rather warm when the HVAC isn't performing at its best. So while the hotel does mention having air-conditioning, some visitors have claimed the function doesn't work as well as it should.
negative:
Fixtures Seem Dated.
Some guests said the décor reminds them of the Soviet Russian days. While most people found this engaging, others thought it looked outdated and just plain old.
