Negative Reviews
negative:
Noise might be an issue
Several guests reported that the air-conditioning units were loudly rattling to the point of interrupting their sleep. The rooms also do not seem to offer sufficient soundproofing, as guests pointed out that they could overhear other guests talking, watching TV or walking by in the hallways. A few also mentioned that the pools tend to get rather busy on the weekends, which adds to the noise level if your room is nearby.
negative:
Long walks to the rooms
As guests noted, there is a lot of walking involved due to the hotel's dimensions. Getting from the parking lot, the casino or the lobby to your room takes even longer if your room is located at the end of the hallway furthest from the elevators.
negative:
A bit expensive
Guests found the hotel to be somewhat expensive due to the fact that Wi-Fi wasn't included in the price and was often times very slow. The restaurants were also stated to be pricey, especially the buffet dinner, which included items that weren't hot anymore, were too greasy or simply overcooked.
