Negative Reviews

Using the internet is hard
If you want to use the Wi-Fi at The Lodge at Santa Fe, you might not be able to do so from your room. The connectivity is unreliable at the best of times and, at nights, it seems to be even more spotty. If you need to do anything important online, then you might have a frustrating time.

Slow and average
The service in the restaurants at this hotel can be annoyingly slow. You might find that you have to wait for ages for your food to come. When it arrives, it may not be worth the wait.

An update is needed
Some parts of this building feel quite rundown. The carpets are worn and a general spruce up would really help. The place isn't spotless either.
