Guests said that while the Santa Fe Suites is attractive enough on the outside, the suites are a bit dated and in need of an upgrade. They complained about uncomfortable sofa beds, missing towel bars in the bathrooms, torn and cracked laminate on bathroom counters and stained carpets. The TV sets had also seen better days according to some guests.
