Whilst it is not the most central for downtown Dallas, the location of the motel was often convenient for the needs of past guests. Along with being 15 minutes away by car from the downtown area, the property is also within walking distance of various stores and restaurants.

One of the few aspects about the accommodation that has rarely been criticised is the complimentary on-site parking. It has been noted by former visitors that there are plenty of parking spaces available.

Although it was described on occasion as intermittent, overall feedback from previous guests suggests that the free Wi-Fi is one of the few advantages about staying at the motel.
