Guests have described the staff at this charming little hotel as kind, friendly and helpful. If you need a change of rooms, or you're new in town and need directions to some of the local eateries, the staff will be glad to facilitate.

With such a quiet and relaxing location in a green treed area, guests found the accommodation peaceful most of the time, and appreciated the weekly maid service. Make sure you get everything you need from the staff during normal working hours as there's no front desk in the evenings.

If you are late to check in, then you may just be left waiting on the pavement. The staff go home during the early part of the evening, so make sure you have arrangements in place before arrival so you are not left with nowhere to sleep.

Bathroom sinks were found to be quite blocked, with the result that they didn't drain very well, causing some rather nasty smells. Guests found the hallways to have that damp, musty smell, and felt that an overhaul of fixtures and fittings would go a long way.

Those visitors who were using this accommodating for an extended stay were disappointed to find a lack of basic amenities like a coffee pot and kettle in the rooms. You won't have much luck finding any extras at the reception either.
