Negative Reviews
negative:
Weak A/C
All rooms have air conditioning and most guests have had no issues with it. However, several guests complained about their room being too hot and stuffy and that their A/C unit didn't cool the room properly, even when running on full blast. A quick tip from guests: If your room feels too warm, try closing the curtains upon departure to keep the strong Dallas sun from heating the room.
negative:
Slow Service
If you're in a hurry, plan to get to the valet ahead of time. Guest thought the valet area was understaffed and the service there was too slow. Unfortunately, only valet parking is available onsite.
negative:
Odd Hours
Guests thought that the Starbucks and the restaurant onsite opened too late and closed too early. The restaurant had hours most guests found inconvenient. Because the hotel is partially located in the financial district, many cafes and restaurants nearby are closed on the weekends. However, there are plenty of great options within a short walk.
