All the comforts of home
Long-term guests had great things to say about this hotel, which has many amenities designed to help guests settle in. They appreciated how spacious the rooms are, and loved having a full kitchen to cook real meals in. The selection at breakfast was ample enough that they never grew tired of it, and the fireplaces in the rooms were a nice, homey touch.

It's in a great location
Guests felt that this hotel was in the perfect spot for exploring the Addison and Dallas area. It is within walking distance of Improv Comedy Club, Pete's Dueling Piano Bar, and WaterTower Theatre. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, and it's just a shirt drive to shopping at Galleria Dallas and The Shops at Willow Bend.

It's kept very clean
The majority of previous guests agreed that the housekeeping staff does an excellent job. Guests found that their rooms were quite clean on check-in, and well maintained throughout their stay. They also noted that the common areas, including the pool, are sparkling.

Their smaller guests can sometimes be unruly
The hotel is very popular with families, and as such there are often many children staying there. Many guests complained that during their the noise and general state of chaos associated with said children got completely out of hang, particularly those guests who had rooms that were nearby the outdoor pool.

The Wi-Fi connectivity could be better
A few guests experienced issues with the complimentary Wi-Fi. They had trouble getting their device to connect, and, once connected, found the download speed to be too slow for more taxing functions such as watching videos.

Some of the appliances are noisy
Some guests experienced issues with their in-room A/C unit or their refrigerator. The units seemed to be old, and made considerable noise when they were running.
