Whatever other small problems guests may have had during their stay, none of them seemed to involve the hotel's cleanliness. On the contrary, guest after guest went out of their way to report that both their room and the public areas of the hotel were kept spotless for the duration of their stay.

Many guests traveling in the warmer months couldn't stop raving about the hotel's pool. They loved being able to return from their journey and take a quick refreshing dip in the outdoor pool.

Several guests felt that the location of the hotel was just right. They describe it as being close enough to the highway for it to be easily accessible, and were also happy that there were plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.

While there were a couple of compliments, most guests did not seem to think much of the breakfast, which was said to contain nothing at all for those who didn't enjoy a very basic carbohydrate rich meal.

The La Quinta group is well known for its pet-friendly policies. While pet-owners clearly loved this, it also seemed to create issues for quite a number of other guests. Several who had pet hair or dander allergies didn't like that pets were not limited to any particular part of the hotel. This meant that they could easily be exposed to the allergens in their room and the public areas.

While the superior rooms do have a fridge and microwave, the standard rooms seem to lack both of these. This caused issues with some guests who especially missed having a fridge available, since it meant they had nowhere to keep their cold beverages cold.
