Positive Reviews
positive:
Very roomy rooms...
Most guests are favourably impressed by the size of the rooms, in particular the two bedroom suites. Guests often comment on the sparkling condition of the very well equipped kitchenettes, which lack only an oven to be considered a 'full' kitchen. The Wi-Fi is complimentary and reliable, and business travellers appreciate that there is plenty of desk and table space for working.
positive:
Fitting for the fit...
Guests who like to keep fit while travelling appreciate the fitness centre on site, which offers reasonably new models of all the basic equipment, as well as complimentary access to the nearby YMCA, which additionally offers an indoor pool. The hot breakfast offers a good variety of hot, cold, and healthy choices.
positive:
Friendly, professional staff...
Most guests give the front desk staff rave reviews for their personable and professional customer service, noting that they happily "go above and beyond" to make their stay comfortable, lending guests small items (even clothing!), accommodating early check-ins, and even assisting nervous drivers in the parking garage.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Parking garage not for the faint of heart...
There is an additional charge for use of the underground parking lot, which reportedly features very low ceilings, sharp turns, and small spaces. Guests driving larger vehicles found the experience a bit nerve-wracking.
negative:
No bubble baths...
Several guests were disappointed that the bathrooms are not as spacious as the rest of the room, noting there was only a walk-in shower and no tub.
negative:
The Breakfast Club...
Most guests are pleased with the selection of hot and cold items at the complimentary buffet breakfast; only a few did not find anything to their taste. Others chose to eat out rather than wait for a table; though the dining area is fairly spacious, it can get crowded during "prime" times.
