Positive Reviews
positive:
Outstanding Location.
This is a modern, open concept boutique hotel with interesting features throughout. The decor is chic and stylish while spacious areas are emphasised by the design. Close to the train station, the Thames River path, Budweiser Gardens (just a few strides from the doorstep), and the Covent Market is across the road. Plenty of cafes, nightclubs, shopping and entertainment venues are within walking distance. Venture downstairs for complimentary bottled water and hot drinks anytime (although there are no vending machines for snacks or candy).

Negative Reviews
negative:
No Parking.
There is no parking on-site, but you can park for a fee across the street at an underground park by Covent Market.
negative:
No Breakfast Room.
Although no daily breakfast is offered on-site, there are numerous breakfast cafes and brunch buffets nearby. Some will adjust their dishes for special dietary issues, and might even deliver to your room for a fee.
negative:
Windows, Doors & Privacy.
Some expressed concern over their courtyard-facing windows facing others' windows, therefore leaving them to feel as if they couldn't open the blinds for fear of being seen. This, in turn, made them endure a stay without any sunlight to enjoy in their rooms. Others explained that the open concept of the room meant doors were missing where they might be present elsewhere, such as the bath area or shower.
