Positive Reviews
positive:
Exceptionally comfortable beds
An incredible number of guests commented on bed comfort. Since very nearly all the comments were positive, with many guests saying it was the most comfortable hotel bed they had ever slept in, one can conclude that the hotel has somehow selected a mattress with very broad appeal.
positive:
Great in-room kitchenettes
The little kitchenettes seemed to be guest’s favorite in-room feature. They mentioned that they were incredibly well-equipped. Those who didn’t really do any cooking loved having a decent size fridge, microwave and kettle, but other guests also said that they managed to cook some pretty decent meals.
positive:
That new room smell
Guests mentioned that the hotel looks very new indeed, or has recently undergone a very thorough renovation. The design scheme was said to be very sleek and modern, and clearly met with guests approval.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms a bit small for some
Quite a number of guests felt that their room was a bit small. They felt that the size really let the room down and made them want to spend less time in it.
negative:
Very disappointing breakfast
The reviews of the breakfast were largely one tale of woe after another. Guests found much to fault, but the main complaints seemed to be that it was simply to skimpy, with precious little variety to choose from and that the rooms in which it was served was clearly much too small.
negative:
Fitness center far too small
Guests not only felt that the breakfast room was too small, but that the same could be said about the fitness center. Those who were keen to keep up with their workouts on the road felt that, not only did it not really have all the equipment that they needed, but that even the equipment that was there was often fully occupied.
