Many guests mentioned that the hotel being a budget property provides excellent value for money with its great location, amazing facilities, excellent staff and customer service, clean and well-equipped rooms, free Wi-Fi, discounted shuttle service, delicious hot breakfast, and plenty of parking space.

Guests loved the friendly and helpful staff at Comfort Inn I-90 who offers personal touch to all their services that makes every guest feel welcome. The staff is very accommodating helping the guests with quick check-in, promptly acknowledging any room issues and swift room change if required by the guests and this is really appreciated.

Good location with close proximity to highway, several restaurants, shopping areas, quick drive to a lot of Rapid City attractions and the Rushmore mall makes it an amazing place to stay. With delicious breakfast, clean rooms with updated furniture, good pool and business facilities and affordable pricing make Comfort Inn I-90 a great choice to stay for guests.

Although the hotel is a non-smoking property, few guests complained about the cigarette smoke smell in rooms, however, the accommodating staff quickly changed the rooms for guests.

Some guests felt that availability of microwave in all the rooms would have made the experience better. However, it did not affect the overall stay.

So far, no more negative opinion has been expressed by the guests about this hotel.
