Those visiting Rochester thought that this hotel had a great location for not only accessing the city's downtown attractions but also for the University of Rochester campus and RIT for those visiting for family or professional reasons. The facilities on offer here were thought to be excellent, and in particular, people appreciated being able to take care of their washing on site, work out in the fitness room or simply enjoy some downtime in the on-site pool or by the fire on the patio. In addition, the suites were described as being very clean, quiet, spacious, and equipped with both a little lounge area and a kitchen with enough facilities for those wanting to cook for themselves.
