The hotel is easily accessible from both I-390 and I-90 making it very convenient for the guests. The Marketplace Mall is also nearby providing options from shopping as well as dining. The hotel’s proximity to airport makes it the perfect stopping place for business travellers too.

The hotel has very thin walls between the rooms providing little or no noise isolation. Guests have complained about hearing people talking and any kind of movement in adjacent rooms as well as hallways.

Guests have found the custom designed beds at the hotel to be extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. They are too hard and in spite of being adjustable, guests have failed to notice any significant change in the beds.

Guests found the hotel shuttle service a bit irregular. Moreover, the fact that it starts only at six in the morning means that early morning flights cannot be caught using it.
