Hotel Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte/Concord (Concord, USA)

The staff members were thought to be friendly by most guests who stayed here. They thought the staff was nice by smiling and greeting their guests. The check in was also efficient and not complicated. They made the guest stay a little easier.

Most guests really enjoyed being in a great area of Charlotte near the mall and the speedway. There are also several restaurants and shops nearby. If guests felt like eating or shopping, they were within a walking distance range.

Many guests felt the hotel in general was very clean and well maintained. The housekeeping did a very good job of constantly cleaning the hotel and the rooms. It was nice to stay in a clean environment. The rooms were well appointed and the bathrooms modern.

Guests felt the policy of a no free breakfast was annoying since even in motels this is offered. They also felt the price did not merit what was offered. They mention the price for the stay should include the breakfast.

The bed mattresses were found to be uncomfortable by guests who were not able to sleep well. They were not able to sleep and woke up in pain. The hotel staff mentioned the mattresses would be replaced eventually but this does not help those who were there.
