This hotel is in a prime location just off the Interstate and only a short drive from all the shops and restaurants at Concord Mills. In fact, you don’t even have to drive as there are plenty of places to eat right on the doorstep. It’s also super convenient for any motorsports fanatics.
The guests at this hotel are impressed daily by the breakfast buffet. There are plenty of choices and even though you might worry about getting enough, the staff replenish the food quite regularly. It’s great value considering it’s included in your rate.
The people that work at this hotel are said to be bright and bubbly at all times. They have such a pleasant outlook that they make you feel welcome and happy from the moment that you walk through the door.
Guests that have had issues at this hotel haven’t always been able to resolve them during their stay. They were then unhappy that the manager either didn’t call or had a less than helpful attitude towards their problems.
More than a few guests have found bugs of one kind or another at this hotel. They were surprised as the hotel seems to be quite clean but the ants in the bathroom and the roaches in the halls or even the rooms imply otherwise.
