Convenient location
Guests liked the fact that the hotel is opposite of Six Flags, which makes it great for families and also near the AT&T Stadium. There are plenty of restaurants offering Chinese, Italian and American cuisine in walking distance. It is also easy to explore downtown from this location, and Ripley's Believe It Or Not, the Rangers Ballpark and the Bowling Museum and Hall of Fame are all within a few minutes of driving.

Comfortable lodging
The newly renovated rooms are clean and spacious and guests especially liked the comfortable beds. They also appreciate the hotel amenities a coffee maker and small refrigerator in the rooms as well as the heated pool and free parking.

Guests were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming and friendly attitude displayed by the staff from front desk to housekeeping and restaurant employees. They reported feeling as though each individual was truly concerned about providing superior customer service, which was prompt and courteous.

Minor bathroom complaints
Some guests had difficulty getting the toilets to flush due to insufficient water pressure, which was also a concern when trying to take a shower.

A few guests reported being disappointed by the hotel staff, as their customer service was absent at times. Pre-ordered items were not in the room when checking in and also were not delivered for quite some time after. Housekeeping also didn't bring requested towels and ice, even though it promised to do so.
