Travelers point out that the airport is very close to the hotel, which makes it easy to catch your flight. The property is also close to the freeway and from there you can travel into Dallas or the surrounding areas.

Rooms at the property have a lot of space to make you feel comfortable when hanging out in your room according to guests who add that the amenities found in the accommodations are plentiful as well. If you are looking for even more space there are a limited number of family suites and Jacuzzi suites available.

Some travelers note that a few of the employees at the hotel offer less than stellar customer service. Guests add that there are some great staff members working there, but a few others seem disinterested in the assisting you.

The hotel has a complimentary shuttle to take you to and from the airport; however, a few guests say the shuttle can be late on occasion. A couple of guests also reported problems with catching the shuttle when arriving at the airport.
