There are quite a few lovely outdoor areas at the hotel according to guests who say the pool was a great place to spend some time on a hot Texas day. Visitors also note that the property's courtyard and fire pit is a perfect hangout spot during the nighttime.

Travelers point out that the parking area at the property is very well organized and kept safe as well since it requires a keycard to enter. Parking at the hotel is complimentary for those staying there.

Some of the rooms at the property have an unpleasant odor in them that a couple of guests say was noticeable upon being in the accommodations.

A couple of travelers say they had issues with the hotel's airport shuttle, which can pick you up or drop you off at Love Field Airport. Some visitors state the shuttle can be late or unreliable at certain times and a move even performance is needed.

Several visitors reported that they had trouble with the air conditioning units in the rooms of the property. A few guests say that sometimes the units can leak water while others noted that the AC in the rooms made a lot of noise.
