The suites are designed for lengthy stays. Guests find cooking a convenience using the amenities of the fully equipped kitchen with stove top, microwave, fridge and cookware present. Families love the fact that they can stay together as children aged 17 and under get to stay free with parents.

Guests are pleased that the laundry facilities allow them to refresh their wardrobe. Free grab-and-go continental breakfast is found handy by guests who have a full schedule. Barbecue grills allow them to have relaxed cook outs.

The Extended Stay America- Coit Road is adjacent to Interstate 635 and US 75. Guests find it easy to drive to downtown and to many places in the northern suburbs. With a three minute ride, guests can follow the Cottonwood Trail at Willowdell Park Site and indulge in biking and jogging activities. The Northpark Central is close by as well as the Richland College and Southern Methodist University.

Guests find the facilities of the hotel dated and in need of a facelift. Guests are exposed to disturbing noises like car alarms going off continually in the nights. Many guests have had to unduly wait at the reception.

Guests find the suites in a state of utter disrepair. They are filthy and smelling of smoke with insects and dirty carpets. The air conditioner units in some suites do not work and guests also find the noise they make loud and disturbing. The television sets are dated and sometimes no remote is provided either.

The guests are not happy with the cleanliness of the bathrooms in the suites as the floors are dirty and the bathtubs stained.
