Negative Reviews
negative:
Things can get noisy
Country Inn and Suites by Carlson, Lake Norman, NC is located right off the Interstate and traffic noise can get loud, especially at night. To avoid this problem, be sure to book a room at the back of the property. In addition, thin walls and ceilings make it easy to hear the goings on in the room next door and the footsteps of those staying above you.
negative:
Needs an update
This property is looking tired overall. Walls in need of fresh paint, stained and worn carpeting and furnishings and bathroom fixtures that need replacing are among the worst offenders.
negative:
There are parking issues
The parking lot is oddly configured and the spaces are small. This can be problematic for those with large vehicles and RVs. In addition, the parking lot can fill up quickly which means you may have to park elsewhere.
