Negative Reviews
negative:
Poorly maintained facilities
Guests reported that the accommodations were dated, worn and poorly maintained. Complaints included that the furniture is old and in need of replacing and fixtures have been found to be either damaged or not functioning, the air conditioning system is old and noisy and the bathrooms are dated and offer insufficient storage space.
negative:
Cleaning needs improvement
The housekeeping service is unreliable and guest reported that their accommodations were dirty on arrival. Complaints included finding dusty surfaces, mould as well as hair from previous occupants in the bathroom and dirty dishes and utensils in the kitchen which needed to be washed before use.
negative:
Additional costs
The resort offers a range of facilities and on-site activities, however guests were surprised to find that all, except for the swimming pool, required additional payment. Guests also complained that while free Wi-Fi is advertised, this is misleading as only a limited data allowance is available and further usage costs extra.
