Guests note that the hotel's location is very central and makes it easy to walk to many of the city's popular sights. In addition to being located right across the street from Monument Circle, Lucas Oil Stadium is a 15-minute walk from the property while Circle Centre Mall can be reached in less than ten minutes on foot.

Travelers state that sleeping at the hotel is made easy thanks to the comfortable beds found in the rooms of the hotel. The accommodations are equipped with the Sheraton brand's signature Sweet Sleeper mattresses.

The hotel's_x000D_ rooftop pool was a hit with visitors who say the facility is very nice and_x000D_ offers some good views of the nearby Monument Circle. The pool is open_x000D_ seasonally and can be found on the ninth floor of the property.

A few guests say they encountered some issues with the staff at the hotel. While most of the employees do a good job, a couple of travelers say that a couple of staff members could probably be more helpful.

If you have a car with you, numerous guests warn parking at the hotel's on-site parking garage can set your budget back a bit. These visitors add that the price of parking at the hotel seemed expensive even when factoring in the property's location. In addition to self-parking, the hotel offers valet parking as well.

Several visitors point out that the elevators at the hotel look pretty old and should probably be renovated if not replaced altogether. Not only do they appear worn, but guests add the elevators are pretty slow too.
