Guests have liked the property's location, as it isn't far from Auckland's Central Business District and is close to numerous restaurants. The University of Auckland and Aotea Square are also within walking distance, which guests found quite convenient.

Past guests have liked the beds at this hostel, saying that they are very comfortable and provide an excellent night's sleep. Having access to a comfortable bed made it much easier to sleep at this property and was definitely appreciated.

A number of guests have said that the staff is extremely helpful, which made their stays even more enjoyable. There is always a staff member on duty and the building has security. Having constant access to a staff member ensured that guests always had everything that they needed.

Multiple guests were disappointed that the bathroom and kitchen were shared with the neighbouring room. Many guests did not realize that this would be the case and believed that they were getting a room with private facilities and, therefore, were disappointed.

Many guests were upset about having to pay for Wi-Fi at this property. These guests believe that the property should provide free internet access, as most other places in the world currently do.
