This was definitely what guests liked most about the apartments, no questions asked. They are just a few steps from Orchard Road, and in the heart of Singapore's CBD. Guests said that most of the places they wanted to be were nearby and that those that weren't could usually be easily reached from the nearby Somerset MRT station.

Guests were very impressed with the onsite staff, saying that they were quite pleasant and always willing to help when asked.

There was no question that it was the rooftop pool that was guest's favourite public amenity. Aside from the ability to take a much needed refreshing dip, they also enjoyed the spectacular views from up there.

A surprising number of guests pointed out that access by road to the building was very awkward. The result was that taxis simply could not drop them off by the door, but instead had to drop them off some distance away. Of course this was a bit of a pain, especially when arriving with luggage.

While guests did mention that they could order takeout through the recommended Food Panda service, many nevertheless missed having a restaurant onsite where they could nip down to and grab a bit to eat. Guests were especially disappointed that breakfast was not available, since they found it to be a hassle to have to seek out a cafe first thing in the morning.

A number of guests found that, seemingly due to the interior design choices, their rooms could be a bit dark, especially if facing in a direction without direct sunlight.
