The units are right on the beach. You don't have to go far at all. There are shops and restaurants nearby, and public transportation will take you to South Beach in less than a half-hour. There is a Publix supermarket close by whenever you need to grab groceries.

The valet parking is a nice touch. It certainly saves you the hassle of trying to find a parking space. What's more, you probably won't be needing your car during your stay anyway.

Don't expect any bells-and-whistles upon entering your accommodation. In fact, you may find it a bit outdated and in need of a good cleaning. It's all about the exterior with this place.

Customer service is sorely lacking at the facility. English is barely understood and situations are mishandled because of a lack of communication. It appears that your reservation can be changed on a whim without your prior knowledge, even after you have paid for a particular accommodation. Service issues are not promptly attended to, if at all. Payment seems shady. They only take cash or Paypal. If you require a receipt, there is no stamp or anything on it, just the amount. You could have stayed in a volcano, and no one would be the wiser! It doesn't seem lawful.

You will pay a hefty price for a first cleaning. After that you are on your own. That means no clean towels or toilet paper. Be sure to bring necessities with you, or you will be out of luck!
