Most guests feel that staff who work here are friendly and helpful. Any issues reported to the hotel have been rectified easily, quickly and without fuss.

Several guests have commented that the buffet breakfast is expensive when not included in the room rate. Although there is a vast selection of good quality food, these guests felt that the price charged was a little on the high side when compared with other similar hotels.
