The Palms Hotel & Spa (Miami Beach, USA)

One of the resounding things guests say frequently is that this hotel makes people feel like they're a King or a Queen. It's one location in Miami Beach where people literally wait on you hand and foot.

Many guests have commented that this stretch of beach offers some of the most relaxing scenery you'll find along Florida's coastline. But take note: visitors do caution walking at night because of stinging jellyfish along the shore.

Since the beach is a private one, many guests enjoy it because it’s a low traffic area, making it a great place to get away and unwind.

A number of guest pointed out that there is an additional resort fee. It's designated to pay for things you may believe are included in your stay, like Wi-Fi, daily newspaper, local calls, gym access and beach chairs. The hotel does mention this, however,

Some guests reported that booking a spa treatment was rather stressful. They cited that the process can be confusing. They also states that final prices are more expensive than they expected because of add-on treatments not included in the initial service

Since the resort does have meeting space for corporate and private functions, some guests reported being unable to sleep because of noise. The majority of guests, however, did not cite noise as an issue.
