Hotel has 24-hour manned front desk with friendly and caring reception staff. The friendliness and customer service has made past guests feel special. Moreover, the hotel has multi-lingual staff working for them who have been able to break the language barrier for the guests who had trouble explaining themselves.

Past guests at Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami have liked the spacious rooms and big bathrooms. Guests have also mentioned that they had enough room to unpack and walk around the room which is not a very common feature these days with hotel rooms.

The Wi-Fi works just perfect in public areas of the hotel but you might have to forget about using internet while you are in your room. Past guests were not able to access internet in their rooms, they had to visit reception every now and then.
