Guests seemed to enjoy the convenience the hotel’s location offered. It is very near the interstate, and guests mentioned that both the Indianapolis Airport and the Lucas Oil Stadium were easily accessible from the hotel’s location.

The majority of guests who mentioned cleanliness felt that their rooms had been cleaned quite adequately before they checked in and that housekeeping did a good job keeping them clean during the course of their stay.

Many guests were quite impressed with the hotel’s staff, saying that they were very friendly and more than willing to help them out when approached with a question or concern.

A worrying number of guests experienced a bit of unpleasantness when it came to dealing with some staff members. They were said to not have the right attitude for the hospitality profession, and seemed to sometimes go beyond simply being unhelpful to actually being actively rude.

Most guests who brought up the question of value for money felt that they had not received good value. Many guests experienced at least one or two issues during their stay, and felt that this, and the general condition of the property, would only justify a room rate lower than the one they received.

Quite a number of guests mentioned that the area the hotel was in did not appear to be the safest. There seemed to be a lot of homeless and generally “down and out” people in the neighborhood. Some guests, especially women traveling alone, felt a little uneasy in the area - even in the hotel’s own parking lot.
