The Staff Does Not Speak or Understand English
Numerous guests became very frustrated because they reported that the majority of the staff cannot understand or speak English. In the best cases, staff seemed able to comprehend a few words here and there, but guests found them largely unable to do anything better than that, despite having the best of intentions about trying to help.

Bad Smells From the Bathroom
Guests said there must be problems with the plumbing system at this property because foul smells come up out of the shower and sink drains. There were instances where guests had to move to other rooms because the odour was so strong, and it never seemed to go away completely even when they were allocated other rooms. This led them to believe it was a property-wide issue.

Guests had difficulty getting reliable Internet access when staying here. Many were not able to get Wi-Fi in their rooms and could only use wired connections. They complained the connection was frequently slow, too.
