Wunderbar Workforce
Reviewers routinely praise the easy-going approach of highly-personable staff. Early arrivals have been pleasantly surprised to be shown to their rooms immediately by smiling staff who are equally happy to look after luggage after check-out, while hard-working housekeepers attend your room at your convenience.

Breakfasting in Berlin
An array of options awaits at the popular breakfast buffet. With a wealth of offerings including eggs made to order, it's the perfect prelude to a day of sightseeing. Fresh ingredients, great coffee and smiling servers combine to kick off your morning in the best way.
positive:
Remarkably Reasonable
Top of many reviewer's reasons to return is value for money. When all factors are carefully considered: good location; access to transport links; great staff; fast/reliable Wi-Fi; clean, comfortable rooms, and a great breakfast, it is always a very pleasant surprise to guests that rates remain so low.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Bed Bugbears
A handful of reviewers have expressed disappointment at the in-room sleeping setup. Single beds are apparently very small, which is a recurring issue for taller guests, while double beds are often in fact two singles pushed together, which has led to a restless night for some couples.
negative:
Earplugs Recommended
According to some guests, rooms are not as soundproofed as they might be. Noise from elevators, banging doors in corridors, partying groups in adjacent rooms, passing revelers and revving engines in road-facing rooms have all been blamed for ruining the good night's rest of some reviewers.
negative:
Missing Minibar
One of the few consistent complaints relates to the lack of refrigerator and minibar. Arrivals are often enamoured with the rooms but feel these small additions would make a huge difference. Guests returning from a night out would welcome a drink without having to leave their room again.
