Hotel Yggotel Spurv (Berlin, Germany)

A significant number of guests have said a lot of positive things about the buffet-style breakfasts proffered at this hotel. They may not be free but what the morning meals here lack in complimentary favours, they more than make up for in overall taste and variety.

Close to two metro stations, fringed by plentiful cafes and restaurants and just five-minutes' walk from the most fashionable (and enjoyable) shopping boulevard in the entire city; it's easy to see why so many travellers have suggested the hotel's location is its biggest trump card.

The majority of visitors who've stayed here have observed that the guest rooms make very comfortable bases and, generally speaking, maintain suitably high standards of cleanliness.

A great many visitors have noted that some of the receptionists here are pretty surly and uncooperative at times. Evidently, some staff members aren't quite as service-minded as they ought to be.

It has been noted - often with some frustration - that the accommodations in this hotel have no effective air-conditioning measures within them. Needless to say, this generated a fair degree of dissatisfaction among guests who struggled to sleep in their hot, muggy rooms.

Numerous guests have complained about the free Wi-Fi provided throughout the property. Whilst it seems to be fine in and around the lobby, the signal often becomes erratic and/or weak in the accommodation areas.
