The hotel is seconds from the highway and from Water Country USA, while Busch Gardens Williamsburg is less than five miles away, making this a very convenient choice for theme park-goers. The museums and other attractions of Colonial Williamsburg are also less than ten minutes from the hotel, offering a nice range of places to explore.

The hotel offers a complimentary full breakfast buffet each morning. Overall, guests seemed impressed by the range of options and the quality of the food, though some complained that the breakfast space was rather cramped.
