In Need of a Refurbishment
Certain areas of this hotel feel shabbier than others. Peeling wallpaper, dingy paint, and cobwebs and debris in doorways detract from the comfort of the property. It appears this hotel is undergoing a refurbishment, but it may take a while to complete.
negative:
Think Twice About the Shuttle
While it's nice this hotel offers a shuttle to Busch Gardens, they do charge a per person rate. If you have a big family, this can become quite expensive. Plus, you're bound by their schedule for departures and pick-ups, so you may be better off parking onsite at Busch Gardens.
negative:
Breakfast Overrated
If breakfast is not included in your rate, or you are a light eater, you may want to avoid the buffet and try one of the local pancake houses instead.
