Negative Reviews
negative:
It could use some more upkeep
Many previous guests noticed that the hotel is in some small degree of disrepair, and could do with some renovations. They complained of issues such as peeling paint, cracks in the counters, worn furniture, fraying carpet, and a persistent bad smell.
negative:
The breakfast is nothing to write home about
While guests were happy that the Comfort Inn offers a complimentary hot breakfast, they found it to be a little less than satisfactory. Several reviews complained about the "fake" eggs, and guests generally expressed that they would have preferred a larger selection of cooked items.
negative:
The rooms could be cleaner
Quite a few guests felt like their room was clean at a glance, but on closer inspection they found mould in the grout, dust in the corners, and small bits of trash the vacuum missed.
