Friendly staff are not only pleasant faces but are on the ball at all times. Guests were pleased with the fast service at the hotel. The polite and hardworking staff cater to all needs.

Many guests have described the breakfast as satisfactory at best, and a little dull. However, the coffee was the major low point for most guests. Coffee in rooms and at breakfast are both known to be weak and of low quality. Guests suggested the hotel should switch brands.

Noise appeared to be a big problem according to previous visitors. This is especially true depending on where your room is positioned. Those on the service side of the hotel complained of a loud garbage truck on duty in the early hours of the morning. On the other hand, the room walls are very thin so any activity in the lobby can be heard clearly. Guests also mentioned, due to the family-targeted facility, kids tend to make a lot noise.

Accessibility is very difficult and confusing. Many found it frustrating to navigate their way to the hotel and suggested a map would have made it easier and saved them some time.
