Nothing Fancy, But Worth Every Penny
The hotel is nothing fancy; however, if you are looking for something simple and within a tight budget, this unique inn will satisfy your needs. The location adds value to the accommodation as there are plenty of hiking trails and places to eat. Try Devil's Bridge Trail for a start.

The Breakfast Hits The Spot
Breakfast is simple but adequate. You receive yogurt, fruit, bagels, waffles, and more. Add to the ambiance and eat outside on the patio in the clean air and sunshine.

Kudos To The Staff
The staff is keen, knowledgeable, affable, and gracious. They are full of suggestions and very helpful with any needs or issues you might have.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Fight For The Second Floor
You won't get any views unless you are on the second floor. The views are not panoramic, so you won't be able to glimpse the red rocks from everywhere inside the inn. However, this may or may not be disappointing depending on the reason for your visit. Then again, you can always go to the upstairs patio and catch the views from there.
negative:
Not Enough Extras In The Room
There is little to no place to put luggage, the lighting is poor, could be better fitted for hanging clothing, etc. Not very well designed.
negative:
There's Plenty Lacking
The area around the inn closes up early and if you go to Sedona it will put a dent in your budget. The décor is a bit outdated, the bathroom is small, and the air conditioning seems to have a mind of its own. There's no soundproofing, so you will hear toilets flushing and if there are people above you, the walking around could get on your nerves. You may find stains on your linen and there are too many carbs in the food options.
