The breakfast menu is very good. The dishes are diverse and quite plentiful and those that run out are quickly replenished with a fresh batch from the kitchen. The wait personnel is very courteous and professional and they hasten to assist you.

The hotel's staff members are very jovial and welcoming. They go out of their way to assist you and make your stay as peaceful and enjoyable as possible. They are also readily available and give you all the information you need.

The rooms are very clean and well arranged. The beds and beddings are very comfortable and the bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. The hotel offers guests great value for money and is especially suited for travellers on a budget who only require the basic necessities in a room.

A number of guests have expressed their concerns regarding the state of the kitchen. Some were concerned with the lack of basic kitchen appliances such as electric kettles, toasters and microwaves in their rooms.

Some have expressed their frustrations with the air conditioning units in their rooms. Some rooms had ACs that couldn't maintain constant temperature, whether it is hot or cold and also the noise emitted while they were running.

A few guests were of the opinion that they did not receive good value for the money they spent t the hotel. Some thought the hotel was a bit expensive and did not quite deliver the promises it made to its guests.
