Clean, simple accommodations for a budget vacation
Sedona Oak Creek Inn is a decent choice for an inexpensive room with some beneficial amenities. In addition to a simple yet quaint room, you also get to unwind in the pool, have nice views, and get a hot meal in the morning. This works as a good stopover between longer travels.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Musty and smoky smells are an irritating turn-off
Irritating smells reminiscent of smoke, mustiness, mildew, and other unpleasant causes waft through the hotel and the rooms. Some believe the odors are like tobacco, even though smoking is not permitted on the premises.
negative:
Carpeting and furnishings need to be redone
The overall décor and layout needs refreshening and in some instances, replacement. The carpets are drab and dirty, the furniture is outdated, the paint and flooring have seen much better days. An entire makeover would be great.
negative:
Breakfast is poor quality and not satisfying
The morning refreshments are not as fresh and tasty as expected. Small amounts and bland options disappoint, so not everyone has the filling meal they were looking forward to.
