Hotel Victor South Beach (Miami Beach, USA)

The location of Hotel Victor is a hit with most guests as it's located on Ocean Drive, so all you have to do is cross the road to reach the beach. There are also plenty of nightlife and other amenities and attractions just a short walk away.

Many previous guests have commented on how much they enjoyed the pool area at this hotel. The pool overlooks Ocean Drive, complete with spectacular views of the ocean, and the atmosphere is said to be relaxed with helpful and friendly pool staff on hand to assist.

The rooms at Hotel Victor are spacious, modern, and comfortable, and come with some fantastic views. Most guests of this hotel also report that the staff are exceptionally courteous, friendly, and helpful.

A number of guests have commented that they were disturbed by noises from other guests while in their rooms. Some said they repeatedly heard door slam and other noises from the corridors and lift areas. The hotel is also centrally located on Ocean Drive, so there's a chance you may be exposed to some traffic noise.

While most guests of this hotel report that the staff are incredible helpful and friendly, there have been a few reports of one or two members of staff who have behaved in an impolite or unhelpful way towards guests in the past. In particular, one or two members of staff working on reception have been singled out, although these could well be isolated incidences.

There have been reports of a number of maintenance issues that need addressing at this hotel. These are mainly minor issues, such as a wobbly faucet or a slightly clogged plug.
