Positive Reviews
positive:
Great value hotel.
Staff are always a good indication of the quality of the hotel itself and here, they are pleasant, cheerful and always on hand to cater for guest queries. Rooms are comfortable and well decorated. They include a range of White Tea Aloe toiletries, plus bed linen is super comfortable.
positive:
No shortage of eateries.
Naan Stop, Sweet Georgia's Juke Joint, Haveli Indian Cuisine and Ted's Montana Grill, are just a few of the eating places, only a very brief walk from the hotel. These are in addition to the impressive choices in the hotel itself.
positive:
Unique highlights.
A prime reason for staying here is the unique Sun Dial Restaurant. Situated on the 73rd floor, tables revolve through 360 degrees to take in some spectacular city views. This experience will stay in the memory for many months to come.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Noisy rooms.
There is a constant problem with doors slamming up and down the corridors. Also, depending on the location of the room and whether or not you are a light sleeper, the sound of the elevator can be a disturbing factor throughout the night.
negative:
Sun Dial Restaurant is in the shadows.
The concept and the high floor location of the restaurant is completely impressive. Sadly, this imagination doesn't extend to the food on offer It's very indifferent + you are better off walking a short distance to the multitude of competing restaurants situated at street level.
negative:
Cleaning issues.
Room cleanliness levels vary. They can be very dusty; something which indicates a well established problem. Inherited belongs from previous residents also add to concerns about cleanliness and hygiene.
