Optimal Downtown Locale
This is a lovely, stylish building in a great downtown Atlanta location. Walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and attractions including Centennial Park, Olympic Park, and The Tabernacle event/concert venue. Views from the front of the hotel are outstanding. Don't miss the on-site restaurant's organic meals and exemplary service!

Comfy Rooms
Cozy, clean rooms with pleasant amenities. The designer toiletries are refreshing, bathrobes are soft and the pillow choice is a nice touch. Nice views over the city from some, and all units are sunny and well-appointed.

Enthusiastic, Friendly Staff
Efficient, hard-working staff ensure this boutique hotel earns its stars. Prompt and charming from arrival to departure, the staff are delightful here. If you request something, you can expect to receive it quickly if it's at all possible. If you must leave or arrive early, they make it their business to assist in your goals. Courteous, warm and welcoming, this team receives highest praises from almost all prior guests.
Negative Reviews
negative:
A Few Foibles
Some felt the accommodations are overrated. Carpeting needs a good scrub and the air conditioning units are noisy. Rooms are smaller than some had expected, there is no pool, no vending machines and no real concierge. Coffee supplies are not always replenished in the rooms, and the coffee makers shut off at half a cup's production.
negative:
Super Slow Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi in the rooms is notoriously slow (lobby and restaurant connections are better), causing some business travelers to book elsewhere.

Hidden Fees
Check your receipt carefully - there may be additional daily fees added for items not used, such as valet service, room service, the bar/lounge and damages. Also, the bottled water in your room is not free. Valet is pricey, but can be avoided by parking in the garage behind the hotel.
