Breakfast at this hotel is a good way to start your day. Guests find that there is plenty of choice of both Chinese and Western food available on the buffet and say that what they have is enjoyable.

The rooms are a good size and bright. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are clean, with good water pressure in the showers. Guests appreciate the mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities and overall consider this hotel offers good accommodation.

Guests say that the televisions in the rooms at this hotel show English-speaking channels. This is considered a plus point for those guests who like to get a TV fix in before they nod off an evening after a busy day in Beijing.

Some guests are disappointed when they first arrive at the hotel, saying that it looks quite tired and is in need of redecoration. However, while it does not have the most up to date appearance guests find that facilities provided do work well.

You will find that guests do smoke throughout this hotel. As a result of smoke in neighbouring guest rooms, and outside the rooms in the corridors, the smell of smoke can permeate into non-smoking guest bedrooms which some do find quite unpleasant and off putting.

Guests say that staff speak no, or little, English. As a result, it can be difficult to get assistance, such as when you would like directions. You may have to call reception several times before the phone is answered by a staff member who speaks English and can help.
