Those guests who enjoyed their stay here often mention that they thought the hotel offered good value for money. There are some issues - mainly to do with age and poor maintenance - but it's perhaps worth a look if you're keeping a tight rein on your budget.

The majority of previous guests have found the staff at this Chattanooga motel friendly and helpful. There are some exceptions but, for the most part, guests have felt welcome during their stay.

One of the overriding positive aspects of this motel is its location. The setting on the outskirts of town means the area is quieter and less congested, yet attractions, as well as a handful of dining spots, remain within easy reach.

Only a small percentage of guests found no cause to complain about the quality of the rooms here. On the contrary, many were disappointed. Comments about blood-stained sheets and broken or old furnishings and amenities are commonplace among reviews of this motel.

Rooms are not the only thing to disappoint - guests are often equally unimpressed by the state of the hallways, often describing them as smelly with badly stained carpets. The breakfast area is also described as uninviting and poorly maintained.

Aside from excessive wear and tear throughout this motel, it seems likely that you'll also have to put up with strong smoke smells. It doesn't seem to matter whether you've requested a non-smoking room or otherwise. The smell is everywhere.
