Hotel SpringHill Suites by Marriott Williamsburg (Williamsburg, USA)

This hotel provides easy access to all that Williamsburg has to offer. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and even more just a short drive away. You can easily access attractions like Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, outlet shopping, and a Movie Tavern and Ripley's Believe It or Not are also close by.

While the complimentary breakfast is not fancy, it is plentiful and the area is clean. There are a good choice of items like eggs, sausage patties, waffles, fruit, cereal, muffins, and coffee.

The front desk offers impeccable customer service. They are accommodating and knowledgeable, and will recommend places to visit as well as directions on how to get there.

While the indoor pool is nice, it is located just off of the lobby which means the strong chlorine smell permeates out into the common areas. The pool area is quite small so when several families are present, it is crowded and chaotic. The pool deck seems to be constantly wet and very slippery.

This hotel is a bit older and in need of some refurbishing, especially in the bathrooms. Wallpaper is peeling and a good scrub is necessary to get rid of the mod. Rooms are just in need of some general TLC.

While the Wi-Fi is included, the connection falters, is a bit slow, and kicks you off the server quite frequently.
