The members of staff are very hospitable and like to make you feel at home. The staff on reception in particular have received a special mention for being so friendly and welcoming and always greeting guests with a smile. They are also willing to give recommendations and information on what there is to see and do in the surrounding area.

The hotel offers a shuttle service which runs all throughout the day and night. This is very convenient for the airport and they will even take you to any of the local restaurants and then pick you up afterwards.

The hotel offers a full cooked breakfast which includes bacon, sausage, eggs and make-your-own waffles along with bagels and muffins. It's a substantial offering to fuel your day and staff will make sure that the food is restocked so nobody misses out.

As this is an airport hotel then you are likely to experience some noise from planes flying above the hotel. Some guests found this to be quite understandable whereas others were not happy with how loud they were.

The rooms are well equipped with amenities such as a fridge and coffee pot, but it would be nice if there were things like USB chargers. Reports from the hotel suggest that rooms are going to be renovated in 2016.

Unfortunately the hotel is not within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops or bars, according to guests, but having said that, this is why there is a shuttle service provided by the hotel.
