Hotel Best Western Posada Ana Inn-Airport (San Antonio, USA)

A hot breakfast is cooked to order every morning, and guests are extremely happy with the quality and the service, saying this is one of the highlights of their stay, and much better than the food in other hotels they had stayed in.

Because it's close to the airport, this is the perfect location for air travelers who want to get as much rest as possible before a flight, or cut down on their traveling time when they land. The hotel is also close to downtown, with access to all the shops and restaurants there.

Guests were full of praise for all of the staff at the hotel, from those on reception to cleaning staff and food servers, all of whom they described as very friendly and pleasant. Even guests who had problems during their stay were extremely positive about the hotel staff.

The hotel is over two floors, and some guests complained at the lack of an elevator, saying this would be helpful both for providing disabled access, and for ease of getting luggage up and down between floors.

Whilst most guests were satisfied with their stay, a very small number of people who stayed here said their bathrooms were mouldy, particularly the shower heads. Others said that the drains were blocked and that sinks became backed up and slow to drain.

A few guests have said they were disturbed by noises coming from other rooms due to thin walls.
